Understanding the different types of leads and connections in your Premier Agent inbox is an important part of following up effectively. Every time we deliver a lead to you, we'll include a status message that provides you with helpful context.
Where can I see the status for each lead?
In your Premier Agent inbox. As each lead is sent to you, a summary status will appear below the lead’s name. When you open the message from the lead, you’ll see a box under the lead’s name containing a detailed status and suggested next steps.
What do I do after I receive a lead?
We suggest checking the lead status first. Based on the information that we collect about the lead, you’ll receive a status message that falls into one of three categories:
- "We connected you..." This is a lead that we connected you with, usually live by phone.
- "This lead found you on our app or site.. follow up now. This is a lead who selected you specifically, so it’s important for you to follow up quickly.
- "This lead may not be ready to buy.. follow up when you can." This is a lead that we didn’t think needed immediate follow-up, so we’ve delivered it to you to nurture.
What should I do if I don't understand a status message?
