Finding a recorded connection call:

Sign in to Zillow.com from your desktop, laptop, or Zillow Premier Agent app

Select “Inbox” from the menu bar at the top of your profile page (desktop), or from the bottom menu bar (app)
- Select a message from the inbox that states “We connected you”
From here, you can click to play the call recording
To copy and save the call recording in a different location:
- Click the “Forward” button at the bottom of the message as if forwarding this email
- Scroll down within the message box to find the link to the recording
- Copy & paste this link into the desired location
