The following lead types are excluded from being included as Connections to agents and will be delivered directly to the Listing agent:
- Mobile/Manufactured homes under $200,000 will not be delivered as connections to agents.
- Note: This exception does not apply to New Construction listings.
- Listings under $10,000 will also not be delivered as connections.
These listings have a special contact form that says Contact Listing Agent at the top.
