Our system will call all agents who are currently advertising in the zip codes in which purchased; however, if no agent picks up the call, the system will then expand to agents who have specified the city, county, or zip code in the service areas of their profile. Our goal is to connect the shopper with an agent on the phone for a seamless customer experience.
Rest assured, these extra leads you are receiving from your service areas will not impact your share of voice or place in line for the zip codes you are advertising in. You may update your service areas to add or remove areas by logging into your profile and navigating to your Edit Profile Info page here: https://www.zillow.com/user/EditProfile.htm
