We recommend adding a transaction to a contact for all transactions that close from a Zillow Connection.
However, logging the transaction on a Zillow Connection is required for the following partners:
- Zillow Flex Partners
- Real-Time Touring pilot partners
- Best of Zillow partners (to accurately calculate a Conversion Rate)
How to add a transaction:
- Navigate to the contact details page, on the desktop or mobile app
- Update the Contact Status to Sale closed
- Go to the Transaction tab and add Transaction details: Address, Close Date, Price, then select Closed for the Transaction status. (Flex Partners are required to add commission details as well.)
- Click Save (on the desktop) or Done (on the mobile app)
