If you’re making a one-time payment or want to make changes to a recurring payment schedule, you can do so once you are within 10 days of the scheduled due date set by your landlord. If you want the due date changed, you will need to contact your landlord and ask if they are willing to change the due date from their account.
If you have autopay set up and need to change the date the payment will be withdrawn, you can edit this from your payment dashboard once you are within 10 days of the due date. Just select a new payment date for the scheduled payment that isn’t already in progress. To do this, click the pencil icon by Send date.
