You can make changes to your payments when you are within 10 days of your upcoming rent due date. At that time, your payment dashboard will refresh and you can turn Autopay on or off, and change the date your Autopay is scheduled to withdraw.
- To turn Autopay on or off, click the pencil icon by Autopay.
- Select either Autopay/recurring or One at a time
- To change the date your payment is withdrawn, click the pencil icon by Send date.
- To cancel your Autopay, click Cancel all payments.
However, if you have a pending payment or are making a payment past the due date, you will not have an option to set up autopay. You will need to wait until it is 10 days before the next month’s due date to set up or edit autopay.
