You can cancel your auto-pay set-up within 10 days of any upcoming due date. If you have moved out, or are no longer paying your rent through Zillow, please contact your landlord to ensure they stop requesting payments from their account. Renters do not have an option to cancel the payment setup, so this will need to be done by the landlord.
To contact your landlord:
- Login to Zillow using the email address your rent payments are linked to.
- Navigate to your Payment dashboard.
- Click 'contact' next to your landlord's name to send them a message asking that they stop payments.
