If you have made a rent payment by alternate methods, you can mark the rent as Paid offline from your Payment dashboard after the due date has passed. However, one time payments like utilities or the deposit do not have the option to be marked as Paid offline. Please reach out to your landlord directly to cancel the one-time payment request.
Please visit your Payment dashboard in order to mark the past payment as Paid offline. Under Payment history, select the corresponding month in order to click Mark as paid offline. This will remove the Past Due status from the landlord's account as well.
