To make a payment on Zillow, visit your Payment dashboard.
You can also reach your Payment dashboard from the Zillow home page. Take the steps below to navigate to your Payment dashboard.
- Visit zillow.com and log in using the email address your rent payments are linked to.

Hover your mouse over the Rent category from the top navigation bar and then click Your rental under the Renter Hub. This will take you to your Payment dashboard.
- Under Recent and upcoming payments, you can click to make any payments that are due at this time.
If you are redirected to the See how to sign up page and you do not see your Payment dashboard, this means you are not logged into the account associated with your payments. Please log out of all accounts, refresh the page, and sign back in with the email you originally used to set up payments.
