How do I change my payment method?

You can change your payment method for any rent payment that isn’t already completed or in progress. 

1. Log into your Zillow account and head over to your payment dashboard.
2. Locate the Payment method section.
3. Click Add or manage, and our system will walk you through the steps to change your payment method. 

Although 10 payment methods can be added, we do not support splitting a rent payment with two payment methods.
