My Payment Declined

  • Declined Charge - Anytime a card declines on an active co-marketing partnership, the shared space is removed and your co-marketing agent will be billed their full contracted advertising amount. We are unable to rerun your card for declined charges. To reconnect, a new invitation will need to be sent from your agents account. This can be done by either reaching out to your agent or a Zillow Group Product Specialist.
