Please note that lenders can only have one payment method associated with all co-marketing relationships. To update your credit card:
- Sign-In on Zillow.com
- Click “Lender Hub” then select “Co-Marketing” (Please note that adding a card in the Lender Hub cannot be applied to co-marketing)
- Scroll down to the Payment Method section and click “Edit payment method”
- Click “Save” to save new credit card information
Don’t See My Partnership - If a lender has an outstanding balance on their account that reaches 14 days past due, the co-marketing connection is cancelled and the agent is billed their full contracted advertising amount. We are unable to rerun your card for declined charges after the 14 day grace period. To reconnect, a new invitation will need to be sent from your agent’s account. This can be done by either reaching out to your agent or emailing comarketing@zillow.com.
