Zillow leverages the Caller ID feature to help agents identify the connection type before they answer the phone. This feature is currently available for Real-Time Touring and Seller Connections. This article shares instructions for updating the iOS settings for the Caller ID feature to work properly.
If you already have the Premier Agent phone number saved as a contact on your phone, edit the contact and remove any settings for the contact under Social Profile. Save the contact without anything set for Social profile in order for the caller ID feature to function properly.
If you do not have the Premier Agent phone number saved as a contact on your phone in the Premier Agent app, Select More > Under Resources, select Get help & give feedback > Under Get Help, select I want to test the connection process.
- For iOS (iPhone): Select Create a new contact > New contact card will appear with the name already added. Ensure you do not have a social profile set for this contact.> Tap add phone > Manually type in 206-539-0456 > Select Done.
- We also recommend adding this contact to your favorites. Select Done > Select Add to Favorites > Select Call > Select (206) 539-0456
