There are a couple of ways to unsubscribe from email alerts and push notifications:
General Emails and Alerts: From a desktop or mobile browser, go to the profile icon in the top right corner and select account settings. Then open Subscriptions. Next to each type of email, click on/off as desired. If you would like to unsubscribe from all email alerts including saved homes and saved searches, click "Unsubscribe from all" at the top of the page. At this time you cannot unsubscribe from all emails using the Zillow app.
Saved Searches Only: From the app, tap “Updates” on the bottom menu bar, select the search you want to unsubscribe from. Next, tap “Edit” in the upper right corner of the screen. Here you will see an option to toggle off Email Notifications for that search. From a desktop or mobile browser, you can change the frequency of emails to instant, daily, or off. To do so, go to the Subscriptions center under Account settings. Next to each saved search, tap edit to choose the frequency of emails for that search.
Saved Homes Only: From the app select Saved Homes on the bottom menu bar. To remove a home from your list of favorites and stop receiving email alerts, click the white heart icon on the photo of the saved home you want to remove. You will see it disappear from the list and you will no longer receive email alerts about the home. If you would like to keep the home saved in your account and not receive email updates, you can unsubscribe from the email you received in your inbox. At the bottom of the email, you will see Unsubscribe from this email.
To Stop Push Notifications: From the app, please tap the Your Zillow option in the bottom right corner, then tap the round profile icon in the top right corner. Next, select “Notifications.” Here you can turn On/Off the types of push notifications you would like to receive.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for you to be completely unsubscribed.
