Zillow is now partnering with CIC for background checks. To make the transition from Checkr smoothly for all of our customers, you may experience an overlap in Checkr and CIC reports. If your renter filled out their application and generated their screening reports prior to the 1st of December, you will receive a background check from Checkr. If your renter filled out their application and generated their screening reports after the 1st, you will receive a background check from CIC.
