How do I post my home For Sale by Owner?

To post your home for sale by owner for free on Zillow:

1. Login to your Zillow profile.
2. Navigate to your home's property page by searching the address on Zillow.
3. From the Public view, click on the More drop-down tab and select List for sale by owner.
4. If you have not already claimed ownership of your home, you will be prompted to do so before continuing.
5. On the For Sale By Owner Listing page, set your price, add photos, edit home facts, and input your contact information.
6. At the bottom of the page, make sure to review and agree to our Terms of Use by clicking the check box.
7. Click the blue Post For Sale By Owner button to save your changes and list your home for sale.
8. Your listing will then be submitted for review. Please note it can take up to 72 hours for your listing to be moderated by our verification team. For more information, please see our Listing Verification article.

If you do not see an existing property page for your home, create a new listing page using the steps below:

1. Log in to your Zillow profile.
2. Hover over the Sell tab, found in the navigation menu to the left of the Zillow icon, and click For sale by owner.
   
3. Enter your property address and click Continue.
4. On the For Sale By Owner Listing page, set your price, add photos, edit home facts, and input your contact information.
5. At the bottom of the page, make sure to review and agree to our Terms of Use by clicking the checkbox.
6. Click the blue Post For Sale By Owner button to save your changes and list your home for sale.
