If you have not opened a credit account, or if none of your accounts have been reported to Experian, then it may be because no records exist to create the report. You will know this is the case if under the Screening reports section of your application it reads no file found, or if both you and the property manager are unable to see the credit report.
If you have entered the correct information and believe that your credit history is sufficient to have an existing credit file, please reach out to Experian directly for more information on your credit file, as Zillow representatives do not have access to your personal information.
