Where can I view my credit report and background check?

You can view your reports by visiting your Renter Hub, and clicking on the view button next to the screening report section of your application. 

Currently, we do not provide the ability to download (PDF) and print the application or background report. However, you can print your credit report. To do this, simply log into your Renter Hub and select a completed application. Navigate to the screening reports section, and click View on your credit report. You will see a print icon in the top right-hand corner of your credit report.

To order a copy of your background check, please follow the steps below:

1. Visit https://applicant.checkr.com/.
2. Enter your information including full SSN and birthdate.
3. Agree to the terms.
4. Access reports.
5. Click Download PDF drop-down in the Report information portion.
6. Select Criminal report PDF.
