- Should have received a unique email invitation to sign the lease. If a co-signer did not receive an email invitation to sign the lease, they should first check their spam and junk folders, as sometimes these emails can be caught in spam filters. If the email invitation is not there, connect with your landlord to make sure that they have added a unique email for every co-signer.
- Will need to log into or create a Zillow account using the email that the landlord added to the lease. Make sure that you have logged into Zillow with the email that received the invitation to sign the lease. If you are not sure which account you are logged into, try signing out and then sign back in with the correct email.
- Will need to review the entire lease document before they can sign. If the Start signing button can’t be clicked, this likely means the whole document has not been reviewed yet. Scroll through the whole lease document, then the Start signing button can be clicked.
