Where's my listing?
There are many reasons why a listing may not be published. If your listing is coming from a feed provider or third party, please reach out to that provider.
If you are submitting a listing via Zillow Rental Manager then please refer to their Help Center:
How do I remove my listing?
If your listing is being syndicated by a third party or MLS, the listing must be deactivated at the source.
For listings created with Zillow Rental Manager, they can be deactivated from the listings page in your account.
Why does my listing show as "off-market"?
Inactive listings surface as off-market, this is expected behavior for deactivated listings.
How can I suggest a feature?
Please reach (link/contact) out to us if you have any feature suggestions!
We love hearing from users and certainly value each and every feature suggestion.
How do I advertise my listing?
To list your single family property, please follow the steps in the link below.
To advertise your paid single family listings, please follow the steps in the link below.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to https://privacy.zillowgroup.com/
Cick 'Sign in' at the top, and follow the prompts to delete your personal data.
Why is my house listed as an apartment or vise versa?
This can happen if the incorrect property type is sent to Zillow Group or if we parse the data incorrectly. Please be sure to double-check the listing is being sent to us with the correct information. Additionally, if a house listing is submitted with a unit number, the listing will reclassify as an apartment.
If the property type remains incorrect after the update is applied, please contact us so we can investigate.
Why does my listing have an incorrect contact phone number?
Zillow Group Rentals uses proxy numbers to route calls to your phone. We do this for two reasons: to track phone calls and to protect your private number.
A tracking phone number allows us to intercept many unwanted calls before you would otherwise receive them.
Why is my listing data still showing on the Internet?
Listing data can linger online after your listing becomes deactivated. If you wish to have this information removed after your listing is deactivated, please contact us
Can you reset the number of days the listing has been active?
Listing counts reset automatically after your listing has been off-market for 31 continuous days.
Please note, we cannot reset or override this feature for you, this is done by design.
What is allowed in the description?
Descriptions are solely for describing property details and attributes.
Zillow Group currently does not accept third party links, contact information, special characters or non-standard formatting in the description.
So your description field can process correctly, we suggest using standard paragraph format and refrain from including the above items.
Do you accept Section 8 housing?
Why can't I see my listing from my Zillow account?
Listings are claimed into Zillow accounts by email address. If your rental is using an email address that is different than your Zillow account, it will not be claimed.
Sometimes this happens if the feed sending the listing uses a 'proxy' email instead of sending us your actual email address.
Why is my listing on your site?
Your listing can syndicate to Zillow Group through a third party (broker, property management company, aggregator etc.) or MLS.
You can follow up with the listing source for more information.
Why is my listing blocked?
There are many reasons your listing may be blocked or showing off-market.
Some aspect of your listing may be in violation of our Terms of Service; please contact us here to determine why your listing was blocked.
Why can't I find my listing?
Searches on Google or other search engines will not always yield the most current or accurate results. While we use search engine optimization to provide as much visibility to listings as possible. We cannot control how results are displayed.
Searches on Zillow Group sites are optimized for map-based filtered searches, i.e. by price, location, and attributes, which is how the vast majority of renters search. Try searching for your listing using filters if a search for the exact address doesn't yield a result.
How do I hide my address?
You can hide the street address for your listing at the source.
Why is my listing showing in the wrong place on the map?
Sometimes listings are incorrectly geocoded or transmitted with incorrect geo data. If your listing is showing in the incorrect location, please let us know so we can correct it.
Why is my room-for-rent not showing on Zillow?
Room-for-rent listings are only published on Trulia and HotPads.
Zillow does not currently support room-for-rent listings.
How do I edit my listing?
Listings must be edited at the source. If your listings are being syndicated by a third-party, a brokerage, or the MLS, changes need to be made on those platforms and they will be updated on Zillow Group sites.
Zillow Rental Manager (ZRM) sourced listings can be edited directly from within the user's ZRM account.
Why is the wrong phone number showing on my listing?
Zillow Group Rentals uses 'proxy' numbers to route calls to your phone. We do this for two reasons: to track phone s, and to protect your private number from being published, and becoming a target for unwanted callers.
It allows us to intercept many of these calls before they even ring through to your phone, so you receive leads instead of marketing calls.
How do I remove photos off an off-market listing?
If you wish to have photos removed from an inactive listing, please contact us here for assistance with this.
Why are my photos not displaying on Zillow?
Zillow requires listing photos to be at least 330x220p (landscape orientation). If your photos are smaller than this, or in portrait orientation and need to be reduced to fit the display area, photos will be omitted.
Note: it may take a few minutes for photos to surface after your listing goes live.
Why are my photos not displaying in the correct order?
The first published image is selected using an algorithm. We have completed extensive testing to determine which photos are most attractive to renters.
The rest of the images remain in the order sent in the feed.

Why isn't anyone contacting me, where are my leads?
There are several reasons why you might not receive leads:
Are your listings being published? Just because you are sending us data doesn’t mean we will publish it.
There may be a different source being published or your listing may be filtered because it is subject to paid inclusion, flagged as off-market, or blocked as potentially fraudulent.
Leads may have been sent to your junk or spam folder, please send yourself a test lead to ensure your email is working.

How frequently can you update feed data?
Bulk feeds are updated based on how frequently the provider refreshes their data and requests that we refresh the feed. It can be as infrequent as 1x/day and as frequent as every hour.
In addition many feeds use our real-time API to update listing status and information as it is changed on their end. This is true of almost all of the MLS data we receive.
