Contact Not Ready
Every time our Premier Agent team calls you with an opportunity, we should have confirmed with the consumer that they are available to talk. If for some reason the consumer is no longer available and we reach their voicemail, we will continue reaching out and attempt to connect them with you initially if we are able to get a hold of them in the future. Please note that you will not lose your place in the queue unless a connection took place between you and the consumer.
Missed Opportunity
A contact's information will be delivered once a successful connection has been made between the consumer and yourself. If you missed our call, don’t worry as your place in line will be saved and we will call you with the next connection opportunity
Connection Dropped
If you experienced a dropped connection, the consumer dropped off the line before we were able to connect them with you, but we will continue reaching out and attempt to connect them with you initially if we are able to get a hold of them in the future. Please note that you will not lose your place in the queue unless a connection took place between you and the consumer. Also, we are unable to provide you the consumer's contact information unless a successful connection has occurred
