Contact Not Ready
Every time our Premier Agent team calls you with an opportunity, we should have confirmed with the consumer that they are available to talk. If for some reason the consumer is no longer available and we reach their voicemail, we will continue reaching out and that you will not lose your place in the call queue. Our Premier Agent Team will own the additional follow up with the consumer to ensure they are still available to speak with a Premier Agent.
A contact's information will be delivered once a successful connection has been made between the consumer and yourself. If you missed our call, don’t worry as your place in line will be saved and we will call you with the next connection opportunity. In order to maximize your advertising we encourage you to answer at least 50% of the call opportunities presented.
If you experienced a dropped connection or the consumer dropped off the line before we were able to connect them with you, but we will continue reaching out and again, you will not lose your place in the call queue. Please note that we are unable to provide you the consumer's contact information unless a successful connection has occurred.
