We have a known issues with Internet Explorer 11 when trying to view background reports. You can try a different browser like Chrome or Firefox.
To troubleshoot the issue for Internet Explorer 11, please follow these steps:
- Install the adobe extension here https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/cant-view-pdf-web.html
- Once it is installed, go to your Internet Explorer settings and select Manage Add-Ons
- Enable the extension (Adobe PDF Reader)
Once you enable the extension, you should be able to view the background report without issue.
