If you have moved out, or are no longer paying your rent through Zillow, please contact your landlord to ensure they stop payments from their account. Renters do not have an option to cancel the payment set up, so this will need to be done by the landlord.
If you have autopay set up you will be able to edit or cancel this on your Payment dashboard once you are within 10 days of your next due date.
