How do I change an existing Zillow account to a Lender account?

1. Sign in to your account at Zillow.com
2. Click "My Zillow" in the upper right hand corner, then click the Edit button, and select "Profile" from the drop down. Alternatively you can use this link: https://www.zillow.com/user/EditProfile.htm
3. Click the check box that says “I am a landlord or industry professional”
4. Select the professional category “Mortgage lender” and press the submit button
5. Enter your unique NMLS # and complete all required information for a lender profile
   1. If your NMLS # is already in use, you likely have created multiple accounts. Please email into [e-mail] for assistance in consolidating your multiple profiles.
