On the Reviews page in your Lender Hub, you’ll find a direct link that will allow your clients to review you. Share this link with your clients in a personal email asking them to write a review. This link will require them to sign into their Zillow profile before being landed on the review form.
Clients can also write a review by clicking on “Write a Review” from your Zillow profile page, some lenders prefer to send people to their profile URL instead of the review request link so that borrowers can read their previous reviews prior to leaving a new review.
You can no longer request reviews directly from our system and will need to use this link from your email or email campaign software to request reviews. The review link will prompt the user to log in and create an account first before they can leave a review.
On the Review page, you can also see the status of your pending reviews. Please note a review can take 3-5 business days to make it through our moderation period.
