There are a few reasons why an active listing may not be posted on Zillow. Please be sure to check the follow suggestions to help troubleshoot a missing listing.
Listing is published but not linked to your profile:
We match agent’s listings based upon the e-mail address syndicated in the data feed. If your listing has been sent to Zillow with an email address that is not associated with your profile, it may not appear under your 'My Listings' tab. We encourage you to search through Zillow and claim your listing if necessary. To claim those listings, you can sync the e-mail address on your profile with the e-mail address in the feed.
For more information on how to sync listings please see article:
You can also manually claim those listings once you found them on Zillow. To learn more about how to manually claim listings please see article:

Your other option is to establish a feed through another syndication service.
The best way to get your listing onto Zillow and Trulia is to get your Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or brokerage to send us a data feed. It benefits you and your seller as listing updates will automatically feed to Zillow in this way. Please have your Broker reach out to is 1-888-367-4001 for more information on how to send listings via an MLS or direct broker feed.
If you have already set up a feed, I would contact the tech support provided by your brokerage--it could be something on that end preventing the feed from coming through.
