Photo updates need to be managed from the feed source. If photos are adjusted manually, this will only provide a temporary solution. Once Zillow runs the listing feed again, the system will process and post all the photos included in the feed in the corresponding order we are receiving them.
This is how we can commonly see issues with duplicate photos or incorrect ordering.
It is possible to manually add photos to your listing. Please note this could potentially cause issues with duplicate photos later on if photos are added to the feed source. It also is not a solution for being able to arrange photos in a particular way if photos have already been syndicated from your feed source.
If you posted a listing manually before May 1, 2017:
After you’ve logged into your Zillow account, navigate to your “My listings” tab. There you will see the option to edit your listing. Scroll down to the photo section and make your updates. Note that you will have to click save at the bottom of the page.
You can also make your updates by going to the listing on Zillow. There you will see the option to edit your listings. Scroll down to the photo area and make your updates. Note that you will have to click save at the bottom of the page.
