To add, remove or make changes to an open house for your listing on Zillow, it is best to have this updated at the feed source if your MLS sends us Open House data. Once the open house date has passed, Zillow will take down the old open house information automatically.
If you did not have any open house details updated at your feed source, you may be able to manually add this information to your listing. Your feed will override the information you manually input if there is conflicting data in the feed.
For example: If you manually edit the open house details to be September 1, 2:00 pm-4:00 pm, but your feed is sending September 1, 1:00 pm-5:00 pm, the listing will continue to revert back to what is entered in the feed. The same goes for removing open house details, it will also need to be removed from the feed source to ensure complete removal from the listing.
To manually edit these details for manually posted Coming Soons, please make sure you are logged in. Then click “More" at the top-right of the home details page and select "Add/edit open house dates" drop-down menu.
You will be directed to a new page where you will see the option to add your open house:
Remember to scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Update For Sale By Agent” for the information to save.
Please note the manual posting of a Coming Soon is one of the many benefits that Premier Agent’s receive.
