What are the various types of status messages and how do I interpret them?

When you’re enrolled in the Premier Agent Concierge program, you can easily see the Concierge status of each lead in the Premier Agent App. 

Where can I see the Concierge status?
As each lead is contacted by the Concierge team, a status message will display below the lead name in your app inbox. When you open the message from the lead, a detailed Concierge message will display and let you know what steps to take next.
Concierge status messages are grouped into five categories, and there are three potential actions you can take:

  • Follow up
  • Don’t follow up
  • Follow up at your discretion

Category 1: Concierge is working on your lead

Category 2: Concierge has successfully connected you to the lead

Category 3: Concierge needs you to follow up with the lead

 Category 4: Concierge has rejected the lead

Category 5: Concierge is no longer working the lead
