How are duplicate profiles with co-marketing consolidated?

Each lender profile must have a unique NMLS # associated with it.  In some cases a lender may have mistakenly created a duplicate profile and connected co-marketing under the incorrect profile without their licensing information.  In an effort to consolidate lender profiles and co-marketing to a single profile, Zillow Group, Inc. will be cancelling lender profiles that have co-marketing on a profile without an active NMLS #, and reconnecting the partnerships with the lender profile that does have an NMLS #.  Because lenders are prorated on first time connections this may cause some variations in the billed amounts due to the fact that two profiles are completely separate.  After the initial charge on the reconnection, the lenders contribution will go back to the agreed to amount.
