Zillow may assist with consolidating Lender Profiles under the following conditions:
- NMLS is attached to an old profile the Lender does not have access to
- Invitation is sent to an email not associated with an existing Lender Profile
- A duplicate profile was created after your company was purchased/merged/sold/etc.
- Lender uses their personal email instead of a work email (or vice versa)
Each lender profile must have a unique NMLS # associated with it. In some cases a lender may have mistakenly created a duplicate profile and connected co-marketing under the incorrect profile without their licensing information.
Often this step will occur before any Co-Marketing has been activated but in the rare chance there is an active connection it will require cancellation in order to complete the consolidation.
