How can I cancel my Co-Marketing?

  • Cancel Co-Marketing - You can cancel your co-marketing anytime by following the below steps and screenshots.
    1. Sign-In on (top right corner)
    2. Click “Lender Hub” and select “Co-marketing”
    3. Click “Options / Cancel Co-Marketing”
    4. Confirm cancellation
  • Note - All Co-Marketing is billed in arrears for Lenders. The last charge is for the previous month of shared advertising with the Agent and completed charges cannot be refunded.


  • Past Charges - You can view all co-marketing invoices in the Co-Marketing section of your Zillow profile by following the below steps. If you don’t see the date in question please reach out to a Zillow Group Product Specialist and we can resend any of your past invoices.                       
    1. Sign-In on com (top right corner)
    2. Click “Lender Hub” and select “Co-marketing”
    3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the “Receipts” section
    4. Click on the receipt # (six digit number, highlighted in blue)
    5. To save for your files, please print the webpage showing the receipt information
