Please note that lenders can only have one payment method associated with all co-marketing relationships. To update your credit card:
- Sign-In on Zillow.com
- Click “Lender Hub” and select “Co-Marketing”
- Scroll down to the Payment Method section and click “Edit payment method”
- Click “Save” to save new credit card information
Don’t See My Partnership - If there has been a card decline on an active co-marketing partnership, the shared space is removed and your co-marketing agent will be billed their full contracted advertising amount. We are unable to rerun your card for declined charges. To reconnect, a new invitation will need to be sent from your agent’s account. This can be done by either reaching out to your agent or a Zillow Group Product Specialist.
