How can I update my credit card?

Update Card -

  1. Sign-In on (top right corner)
  2. Click “Lender Hub” and select “Co-marketing”
  3. Click “Edit” next to the credit card number
  4. Click “Update” to save new credit card information
  5. When entering your name, use only the cardholder’s First/Last name if you get an error message



  • Don’t See My Partnership - If there has been a card decline on an active co-marketing partnership, the shared space is removed and your co-marketing agent will be billed their full contracted advertising amount. We are unable to rerun your card for declined charges. To reconnect, a new invitation will need to be sent from your agent’s account. This can be done by either reaching out to your agent or a Zillow Group Product Specialist.
