- Go to Zillow.com
- Click on “Join” in the top right corner
- Enter your preferred email and create a password
- Check the box I am an industry professional
- Choose “Mortgage Lender” from the drop-down
- Enter all required information and click “Submit”
- You will be prompted to enter your NMLS # (your information will be pulled from the NMLS database)
- When you enter in your NMLS, it will confirm your name based upon the central NMLS database.
- Click “Continue” when your name appears. If you enter in your NMLS and it says it has already been claimed, please reach out directly to LenderSupport@zillow.com and someone can assist you.
- You’ll be able to select from the information that’s in the NMLS database if there is a drop-down option. All other areas are free form if there is no drop-down.
- Your name and company sponsorship are tied directly to the NMLS database. Any changes need to be reflected with the NMLS before Zillow allows them to appear as a drop-down option.
- A photo is required in order to complete your Lender Profile; it can be edited at any point later on.
