- Go to Zillow.com
- Click on “Sign in” in the top right corner
- Select New Account
- Enter your preferred email and create a password
- Check the box "I am an industry professional"
- Choose “Mortgage Lender” from the drop-down
- Enter all required information and click “Submit”
- You will be prompted to enter your NMLS # (your information will be pulled from the NMLS database)

When you enter your NMLS, it will confirm your name based on the central NMLS database.
- Past names may show: this is just a check to ensure you have entered your NMLS# correctly; you will have a chance to update your name after completion.

Click “Continue” when your name appears.

If you enter in your NMLS and it says it has already been claimed, please reach out directly to LenderSupport@zillowgroup.com and someone can assist you with consolidating your multiple profiles.
- Often your NMLS may not have been claimed by someone else but is used with an old company email. Please mention any past companies you may have worked with as we will always want to update your existing profile rather than move your NMLS.
- Moving your NMLS will remove all contact/invoice/payment information in these situations and Zillow may not be able to restore them.

You’ll be able to select from the information that’s in the NMLS database if there is a drop-down option. All other areas are free form if there is no drop-down.
- Your name and company sponsorship are tied directly to the NMLS database. Any changes need to be reflected with the NMLS before Zillow allows them to appear as a drop-down option.
- Any changes made to the NMLS will reflect with Zillow within a few business days.
- A photo is required in order to complete your Lender Profile; it can be edited at any point later on.

How to Create a Lender Profile
First go to www.zillow.com.
You need to “Join” Zillow with your <e-mail> to create your Lender Profile.
Enter in your e-mail and a password.
Select “I am a landlord or industry professional” and then select Mortgage Lender and hit “Submit.”
You’ll be brought to a screen that will ask you to enter in your NMLS.
When you enter in your NMLS, it will confirm your name based upon the central NMLS database.
Click “Continue” when your name appears. If you enter in your NMLS and it says it has already been claimed, please reach out directly to LenderSupport@zillow.com and someone can assist you.
