Can I have leads broadcasted to specific members of my team?
Yes! You can choose “Broadcast” as an assignment method on your routing rules. Note that “Broadcast” rules will only apply to live connections. You can select specific agents on your team to receive broadcasted connections by price, location and lead type.
How do I set up routing rules?
To route leads for connections and other leads:
- In the Premier Agent Inbox select "Routing Rules" from the Team menu options
- Click "Create New Rule" to start a new rule
- In Step 1, select which lead attributes you want to use to route (you can use price, location and/or type)
- In Step 2, select which team members you want to receive these leads (you can select a single agent or route to multiple agents by percentage or round-robin)
- Click “Save”
- Repeat #2 - #5 until you have all the rules you need
Your new rules will appear on the Routing Rules summary page under “Connections and Other Leads.” From here you can choose to reorder, edit, pause or delete any rule. Rules run in order from top to bottom and the first rule to match will be used to assign the lead. If a lead does not match any rules, it will be assigned to the team leader.
To route direct calls:
- In the Premier Agent Inbox select "Routing Rules" from the Team menu options
- Click "Setup direct call routing"
- Select which team members you want to be called
- Select a fallback assignment (If no one picks up the broadcast call, the call will be routed to the fallback team member)
- Click “Create Broadcast”
Once you have created a direct call routing rule, when a consumer attempts to reach you by phone we will call all of the team members on the rule simultaneously. The first person to accept the call will be connected to the consumer. If no one accepts the call, it will be routed to the team leader. The broadcast rule can easily be edited, paused or deleted.
Where can I see my existing routing rules?
Who can set up team routing rules?
Any team leader can use routing rules to send leads to team members. After you setup your Zillow profile as a “Team”, when you next visit your Premier Agent Inbox you will see a "Team" menu option. Select the Routing Rules option in the dropdown to get started.
Our routing rules allow you to route direct call leads as well as connections and other leads. For direct call leads we offer a broadcast option that aims to connect an incoming call to the first available agent on your team. As for connections and other leads, you can route them by price, location and type.
Tip: If you have previously used Contact Forwarding to send leads to your team members, we highly recommend that you turn off or delete your previous forwarding rules and use Routing Rules instead. When you use Routing Rules you will be able to see any updates your team members make to each lead and access reporting on how many leads you have assigned to each team member.
