Zillow sends out several types of email alerts. You can adjust your email preferences within your Zillow profile.
Unsubscribe from all Zillow emails
- Log into your Zillow profile.
- Navigate to your Profile icon > Account Settings > Subscriptions.
- On the Subscription page, click the Unsubscribe from all email notifications link at the top of the page.
Unsubscribe using email link
Every email sent by Zillow has a link at the bottom to unsubscribe from this email. Clicking this link will unsubscribe you from this type of email only.
Once you click the Unsubscribe from this email link, you'll be directed to a page confirming you’ve unsubscribed from this specific type of email.
If you wish to unsubscribe from any other types of emails, use the links at the bottom of the screen to manage the subscriptions further.
Managing Types of Email Notifications
Saved Searches (including Instant Updates and Weekend Shopper)
You will receive an email for every Saved Search you have according to your set email preferences.
- Log into your Zillow profile.
- Navigate to your Profile icon > Saved Searches.
- In the Saved Searches section, edit the email frequency using the drop down arrow and select Instant, Daily, or Never.
- You can also click Delete for any searches that are no longer relevant and they will be removed from your profile.
Saved Homes
You will receive an update for each home in your Saved Homes.
- Log into your Zillow profile.
- Navigate to your Profile icon > Saved Homes.
- You will see your list of Saved Homes and can remove homes individually by clicking the heart icon on each home. This will stop the email updates for that home.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to stop completely receiving the emails.
