How Do I Submit a Review for My Agent?

To submit a review on the platform, you will need to first create a profile. You can do this on the homepage. This helps ensure that reviews are from actual clients. If you already have an account, you will need to log in.

After you have created your account, you can search for your agent within our directory by selecting “Agent finder”.

Once you find your agent, scroll down on their profile and you will find the “Write a review” button.

Fill out the form and hit “Submit Review” at the bottom of the page.

Once your review is submitted, it will be sent to our moderation team. We moderate each review before publishing it on Zillow. If the review meets our guidelines it will be published onto the professional's profile. You may also check the status of your review in the Reviews Written section of your Zillow profile.
