How do I claim or unclaim ownership of my home?

To claim ownership of your home's property page, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Zillow profile. If you are not registered, create a free Zillow profile by clicking here.
2. Navigate to your home's property page.
3. Under the More drop-down tab, click Claim ownership.
4. On the following page, verify your ownership by answering a few questions.
5. Review and agree to the Zillow Terms of Use.
6. The home will appear in your My Zillow profile under My homes.

 To unclaim or release ownership of your home's property page, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Zillow profile.
2. Navigate to your home's property page.
3. Under the More drop-down tab, please click Release Ownership Claim.
4. Select the reason you are releasing your ownership claim and click Submit.
5. The home will no longer appear in your My Zillow profile under My homes.
