Zillow sends out several types of email alerts. You can adjust your email preferences within your Zillow profile. To unsubscribe from ALL emails, you must do so on a desktop and not in the app.
Unsubscribe from all Zillow emails
- Log into your Zillow profile.

Click on your Profile icon > Account Settings > Subscriptions.

On the Subscription page, set the toggle at the top of the page to off and select Turn off all notifications from the light box that appears.
Unsubscribe using email link
Every email sent by Zillow has a link at the bottom to unsubscribe.

Clicking this link will unsubscribe you from this type of email, only.
- Once you click the link to Unsubscribe from this email, you'll be directed to a page confirming you’ve unsubscribed from this specific type of email and given the opportunity to provide your feedback.
- If you wish to unsubscribe from other types of emails, use the links at the bottom of the screen to manage your subscriptions further.
Managing Types of Email Notifications
Saved Searches (including Instant Updates and Weekend Shopper)
You will receive an email for every Saved Search you have according to your set email preferences.
- Log into your Zillow profile.
- Click on your Profile icon > Saved Searches.
- In the Saved Searches section, you may edit the email frequency for each of your Saved Searches by selecting Edit.

You can also select Delete for any searches that are no longer relevant, and they will be removed from your profile.
Saved Homes
You will receive an update for each home in your Saved Homes.
- Log into your Zillow profile.
- Click on your Profile icon > Saved Homes.

Clicking the heart icon will remove an individual saved home from your list of Saved Homes, which will stop email updates for that home.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for you to be completely unsubscribed.
