Online: Homesite’s customer portal allows you 24/7 access to your policy documents and the ability to easily file a claim online. In addition to submitting a claim, you will also be able to view your policy, coverage types and limits, enroll in paperless delivery, and more. To access this portal, visit https://zis.homesite.com/OnlineServicing.
- By phone: Call Homesite at 1-833-854-1189 and follow the menu prompts for Claims. Once you have reported a claim, Homesite will contact you and provide additional information regarding your claim and the claim process.
Availability and eligibility requirements vary by state, policy type, policy terms, and
underwriting company. Payment plans, electronic communications, additional
endorsements, and credits are subject to availability and qualification. Please refer to
your policy contract (including any endorsements) for your rights and duties as a
policyholder.
