An “Add MLS ID” button is visible to external agents on the Agent Profile above “Our Active Listings.”
This feature is meant for troubleshooting issues with listings or past sales not appearing on agents profiles due to a difference in MLS email or related issues.
How to Access
If you are experiencing issues with missing listings or past sales on your profiles, follow these steps:
- Go to your Agent Profile
- Click on Add MLS ID
- Search for your MLS name
- Input your MLS Agent ID and click Link to profile (Note: This entry is case sensitive - ensure to capitalize where applicable.)
Once submitted, the MLS ID will be attributed to this Zillow profile. Listings and past sales should begin to populate the agent profile after 24 hours of adding to profile.
