To e-sign your lease, your landlord or property manager will first need to prepare the lease for e-Signing from their account. When the lease is ready to sign, you will receive a notification email with a link to sign the lease.
After you receive the notification email, click on the link and sign in to your Zillow account. You will need to sign in to the account with the same email that received the notification to sign. If you don’t already have a Zillow account at that email, please create an account first, then click on the link in the notification email.
Click through the prompts to view and sign your lease. Please review the entire lease document before signing. At the top of the screen, you will see an orange banner. You must scroll through all pages of your lease agreement before you will have the ability to sign your lease.
After you have reviewed the entire document, the Start signing button in the upper-right-hand corner of the lease can be clicked. Click Start signing, and fill out your signature or initials in each signing location.
You can check on the progress of your lease signing from your Leases Hub. You can also return to your Leases Hub to download and print your lease after all renters and landlords have signed the lease.
