What is App Integrations
App Integrations is Zillow’s lead API that allows you to link your third-party CRM to your Zillow profile. Setting this up allows your Zillow and Trulia contacts to flow directly and automatically into your preferred third-party CRM. Get started in 4 easy steps.
- Please note that for teams, the steps below need to be completed for not only the team lead but also for the team members who are being assigned Zillow contacts. This ensures that contacts assigned to team members through routing are assigned properly once they hit your CRM.
- It's only expected for leads to be synced to a lead owner’s tech connect account. So team members assigned to work leads should not expect leads owned by their team to sync to their individual tech connect accounts.
Additional Tips:
- Reevaluate third-party routing rules or other custom workflow options within your CRMs so they don’t conflict with the routing rules you have set up on our platform.
- When you use Zillow routing rules or manually assign a contact to an agent in the Zillow Premier Agent app, the assignment will flow down to any linked CRMs.
- If you are a team lead, everyone on your team should complete the steps below, but please note that settings vary by CRM. Follow the instructions on the Connect to My CRM page, but reach out to partnersupport@zillowgroup.com if you have questions or need assistance.
- You can link more than one CRM simultaneously.
- Any leads received prior to adding your CRM will not be sent.
Setting Up App Integrations (One Way Integration):
Step 1: Log in to your Zillow account - in the top right corner, click your photo to open the menu, select “Settings”:
Step 2: Click on “App Integrations” under “General” in the menu on the left side of the page:
Step 3: Click the “Link app” button under the One-Way Integrations section and select your CRM in the “Partners” drop down menu, click “Next”:
Step 4: Follow the instructions on the “Add a Subscriber Identifier” page then click “Save”.
Disconnecting Your CRM:
If you wish to disconnect your Zillow account from the One-Way CRM Integration, you can do so at any time by following the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your Zillow account - in the top right corner, click your photo to open the menu, select “Settings”:
Step 2: Click on “App Integrations” under “General” in the menu on the left side of the page:
Step 3: Click the “Unlink” button next to the CRM that you want to remove:
