By default, just-listed and recently-sold postcards will be targeted based on the address of the property. The targeting incorporates location and demographic filters. This includes filtering for homes of comparable value, homeowners (not renters) and proximity.
For agent branded postcards, you can specify the address you want to use for targeting. You will be prompted to enter this address at the time of order. Similar to just-listed and recently-sold campaigns, owner occupied properties around the specified address will be selected.
If additional demographic filters are desired, you can create additional targeting lists to be used in conjunction with the campaign order. Additional fees may be added to the retail rate of each postcard, depending on the filtering you choose.
All addresses used in our mailings are run against the DMA Do-Not-Mail list.
