Team member status can be viewed and modified on the team management page.
In order to change a team member’s status from Member Agent to Referral Agent, do the following:
- Select the “Management” tab from the “Team” drop down menu.
- To the right of the team member, click the three vertical dots and select "Change Member Role" from the drop-down.
- Select "Referral Agent" and select "Next."
- The team member must accept the invitation to complete the process.
Note: When a team membership is changed from Member Agent to Referral Agent, the team member will no longer appear publicly on the team profile. Additionally, past sales and reviews published to the individual agent's profile while in a Referral Agent status will not display on the team profile."
