I am a team member. What actions are required to complete my reminder tasks?

Rules for reminders are set by your team leader to help track the leads they've sent. A table of the rules are below. Follow up with your team leader about which rules are set up and what the time limits are for completion.

If a client's status is Under Contract and close date has passed, then send a reminder to change the close date or status after ... 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 1 week

Update status OR

Change Close Date. If close date is updated, a new reminder will be created based on the new date.
