Zillow Group will no longer accept manually entered listings from agents and brokers starting May 1, 2017.
Our top priority is to provide high quality, accurate listings for the millions of home shoppers that come to Zillow and Trulia. As the industry has evolved, more and more of our broker and MLS partners have found that a direct relationship with Zillow Group provides the best listings management experience.
We have been working diligently with all MLS' to ensure you have a path to post your listings on our sites. However, there are still agreements that need to be set in place for an automated listing feed. We need your help to let your MLS know they must take steps to allow you to keep posting your listings on Zillow and Trulia.
If we are unable to receive your MLS’ approval on forms to allow Zillow Group to receive listings by May 1, you will no longer be able to post new listings to our sites, preventing them from being seen by the millions of home shoppers who visit Zillow and Trulia each day.
Contact your MLS today and let them know your listings need exposure to the millions of buyers on Zillow Group sites.
