How are the metrics I see in the ‘My Ads’ section of my account calculated?

Average Home Value: The average value of homes in a given ZIP code based on the Zillow Home Value Index (ZHVI).

Estimated Cost per Lead: The estimated cost you’ll pay for a lead based on current market conditions.

Estimated 6 Month ROI (personalized):  The estimated return on your marketing dollars based on the average home value for that ZIP code, and your personalized values of a 3 percent buyer agent commission, a 100 percent agent cut of that commission, and a 4 percent conversion rate for your leads.

Estimated 6 Month ROI (non-personalized): The estimated return on your marketing dollars based on the average home value for that ZIP code, a 2.5 percent buyer agent commission and a 4 percent conversion rate for your leads.

Share of Voice: In any given ZIP code, up to three agents can display at one time on listing pages. As a result, 300% Share of Voice is available in every ZIP code. Agents Share of Voice is based on an agents budget relative to the total budget in the ZIP code.

Monthly Budget: The amount you’ll be charged every month. You can adjust this value at any time.
