What is changing with my Zillow rental leads?
We are streamlining delivery of your Zillow rental leads. Now, you will receive all of your Trulia, HotPads and Zillow rental leads via email. You will no longer receive Zillow rental leads in the Premier Agent App or Inbox.
Your Zillow rental leads will also include a robust renter profile with key renter information, tour request dates and times, and one-click reply functionality that allows you to respond to the lead directly from the email notification.
I use Zillow Rental Manager to manage my rental listings. Does this change affect leads from those listings?
Yes. You will continue to receive leads from rentals posted through Zillow Rental Manager via email, but the email will feature an enhanced template with more renter information. In addition, leads will also flow to your Zillow Rental Manager Inbox.
What will happen to Zillow rental leads that I’ve already received in the Premier Agent App?
Nothing. Only new Zillow rental leads will be delivered via email.
Will my Zillow rental leads still be sent via TechConnect to my third-party CRM?
Not at this time.
I receive leads from StreetEasy. Will this rental leads change affect those leads?
Will the rental leads change affect leads I receive on For Sale properties?
